NFL superstar wide receiver Stefon Diggs is currently dealing with a domestic violence dispute with Instagram model/reality star Mulan Hernandez.

In view of an incident that occurred on June 7, 2024, Hernandez recently took to social media claiming "I was assaulted from behind by Stefon Diggs at our residence an incident that resulted in a concussion."
That is, Diggs' side of the story states that he had a casual relationship with Hernandez, and "she showed up at his apartment around 6 AM on June 7, 2024 after a night of partying and proceeded to 'aggressively berate' him" (per TMZ).
This included her allegedly destroying his $130K watch, throwing his phone in a toilet, and punching him.

"This is clearly an attempt to try [and] get ahead of the truth that is to come," Hernandez said (via Instagram), calling BS on Diggs' recent extortion lawsuit. "I WILL NOT BE INTIMIDATED NOR SILENCED."

Basically, as of now it is a 'he said/she said' situation, as Diggs is pinning it all back on the 'Basketball Wives: Orlando' star, accusing her of assault, while attempting to extort millions out of him.
A lawsuit filed states that Hernandez initially visited a hospital in the evening of June 7 for "nausea and vomiting after falling due to a wet kitchen floor." However, on June 14, she went to a different medical provider and claimed she had similar symptoms due to being "punched in the back of the head with a closed fist."
Diggs claims he did not see her again in-person ahead of the second doctor visit, while specifying any initial physical contact was only due to "self defense." He added that she's the one who incited the violence and allegedly threatened to torpedo his career, repeating remarks such as, "You won't be playing this year," in which the star wideout took it as a threat.
The 4x Pro Bowler is now seeking $250k-$1 million in monetary damages/emotional duress.
To point out, reportedly Diggs has since moved on and has been seen dating rapper Cardi B.

DJ Akademiks previously reported at the end of last year that Cardi B had an affair with Diggs.
"They said Cardi B was catching Offset doing all types of bulls*** and basically when Cardi B was like eight months pregnant, Offset went through her phone and caught her texting some dog a** n**** named Stefon Diggs," Akademiks said while on a livestream.
As of now Diggs is set to become a free agent this offseason, after one season with the Houston Texans, in which he had 47 catches for 496 yards and three touchdowns in eight games played.
