Report: Denver Broncos offering Osweiler three-year deal

That seems like a fair deal.

The Denver Broncos have offered Brock Osweiler a three-year deal worth more than $45 million, according to Mike Klis of KUSA. There were reports that the Broncos wanted to make him an offer that was "competitive" with what Sam Bradford will make with the Philadelphia Eagles.

The Broncos have an exclusive bargaining window with Osweiler that lasts until Monday. Osweiler started seven games and played in eight in relief of Peyton Manning. He completed 61.8 percent of his passes for 1,967 yards and 10 touchdowns against six interceptions.

Osweiler is a mostly unproven talent, but did look good when he played in 2015 and he could be given the reigns of the offense in Denver with Manning likely to retire or play somewhere else.
