I'm all for funny jokes on April Fool's Day, but Seattle Seahawks linebacker Bruce Irvin is pretty clueless with how it's supposed to work. You're actually supposed to say something funny and not actually offend people.

Earlier this morning, Irvin tweeted out an apology for getting arrested over a DUI. I mean, it was believable considering lots of people get arrested for DUI. Here's what he had to say on Twitter earlier today:
Before this hits the media I just wanna apologize to my fans and the @Seahawks organization once again. I made a terrible decision b driving

After he got lots of hate for his awful joke, Irvin semi-apologized for his fake apology.

I'm not sure if he realizes it, but drunk driving isn't a funny matter at all. There are innocent people that die because of the actions of drunk drivers every single day. Maybe he should think before he hits send on Twitter in the future.
