Minutes after Cincinnati Bengals running back Gio Bernard got knocked out of the game Saturday night against the Steelers, Pittsburgh quarterback Ben Roethlisberger exited the contest with what could be a serious shoulder injury,

The injury sure looked like the same one Dallas Cowboys quarterback Tony Romo suffered earlier this season.

Roethlisberger returned to lead an incredible comeback, beating Cincy, 18-16.
