Designer of Taylor Swift's Travis Kelce Jacket Lands NFL Licensing Deal

The power of Taylor Swift's influence knows no bounds, as the wife of a 49ers player scores NFL licensing deal.

The Taylor Swift effect on the NFL remains a supremely powerful force that's become undeniable at this point, with the latest example being designer Kristin Juszczyk — the wife of San Francisco 49ers fullback Kyle Juszczyk — reaching an NFL licensing deal following an unstoppable wave of interest in the custom gear after Swift wore one of Juszczyk's puffer jackets.

The national interest and general buzz over the creative jackets all began when Taylor Swift strolled into Arrowhead Stadium wearing a custom No. 87 Travis Kelce puffer for the Wildcard Round of the NFL Playoffs, a game that saw the Chiefs dominate the Dolphins, 26-7.

One look at the uniquely crafted jacket worn by Swift and it's completely understandable why Juszczyk has landed a licensing deal with the NFL.

The jackets had already gained some traction in late December after Deebo Samuel sported a custom Brock Purdy "MVP" jacket, but Swift's astounding influence and accompanying 279 million Instagram followers clearly got the attention of the NFL, likely significantly helping in putting this deal in place.

The announcement itself honestly could not have come at a better time for Kristin Juszczyk considering her husband is preparing to face Travis Kelce and the Kansas City Chiefs in Las Vegas for Super Bowl LVIII. Talk about striking while the iron's hot, one can only imagine Juszczyk and her team are already feverishly at work fulfilling as many custom orders as they can for Super Bowl Sunday.

While the NFL has declined to disclose the terms of the deal, it means the designer will now be allowed to use the league's logo on any upcoming apparel. It also serves as a great story for someone who had already been making these puffers to support her husband during games, as well as wives of other 49ers players.

Now, it's officially on a different level of demand and surely one that Kristin Juszczyk is beyond delighted to embrace. It's already spread to the NBA with Klay Thompson showing up to the arena with some 49ers love, so who knows what kind of creative designs we'll be seeing in the coming days leading up to the Super Bowl.

Here's Juszczyk's fashionable fit from Sunday's wild 49ers-Lions NFC Championship Game, which really speaks for itself. Just an awesome level of attention to detail, through and through:

As a result of the craze, it kind of feels like wearing your NFL-playing boyfriend or husband's jersey will likely no longer suffice as top tier support. But one of the more underrated aspects of the puffer popularity has been Kyle Juszczyk's unwavering support of his wife's work. He has been everywhere and anywhere, constantly commenting on the greatness of her designs.

Sadly, or perhaps not so sadly, all those miserable dads, Brads and Chads will have to stomach yet another "L" because the tidal wave of Taylor Swift's influence keeps making incredible gains when it comes to business in the NFL. Good for her, and good for Kristin Juszczyk.
