The best selling jersey in the NFL since April isn't Brady, Newton or a top-10 player

He hasn't even played a down in the NFL yet.

With the NFL regular season right around the corner, fans apparently are getting their in-season gear in flocks. And the hottest jersey on the market happens to be Ezekiel Elliott's of the Dallas Cowboys.

The Ohio State product is sure to be a star for the Cowboys, and Dallas fans don't even need to wait for him to line up behind Tony Romo to recognize his immense potential.

Elliott ran for more than 1,800 yards in back-to-back seasons for Ohio State, and fills an immediate void for the Cowboys backfield. With Darren McFadden already banged up before the season even begins, Elliott could make his presence known early on, and veterans like McFadden and Alfred Morris expendable.
