The Broncos have 15 days to figure out what to do with Peyton Manning
at MetLife Stadium on October 12, 2014 in East Rutherford, New Jersey.

Peyton Manning has long been rumored to retire, but as March 8 draws closer, questions remain on whether he truly intends to do so.

As noted by Pro Football Talk, Manning’s $19 million salary becomes fully guaranteed if he’s still on the roster at the end of the day on March 8.

If Manning opts to play another year, it’s almost guaranteed that he won’t be playing at that salary, much less on the Broncos next season. If he does hit the free agent market, at least one team has reportedly expressed interest.
