Dallas Cowboys quarterback Tony Romo finally got his surgery on his injured shoulder. It was his fourth fracture in his collarbone and the quarterback says that he's all good now.

Is he?

He's not a kid anymore —- he's 36 —- and he's coming off three serious injuries in the last three seasons. In addition the collarbone issue, he's had back problems for much last of the two seasons, punctuated by a herniated disk and fracture transverse in his back. Given that history, you have to wonder whether he can stay on the field the entire season.

That's what Cowboys fans are hoping for. an entire season of Romo as the team struggled to a 4-12 record in 2015. Part of that can be attributed to losing Romo so early in the season and some of it was having the wrong personnel on the field on defense as it could only muster up 31 team sacks. However, Romo back means more time off the field for the defense, which can hopefully translate to better play.
