Marrone led the Bills to a 6-10 record in Year 1, but turned the organization around in his second year, notching a 9-7 record. He took over for the Jaguars after Gus Bradley was fired and had Jacksoville looking revitalized and ready to compete, knocking the Tennessee Titans out of playoff contention and fighting the Indianapolis Colts to the wire.
Marrone jumped from the college ranks to the NFL, where he's coached the New York Jets, New Orleans Saints before obtaining head coaching jobs with Syracuse before landing with the Bills.
Marrone was the offensive line coach for the Jaguars in his lone season with Jacksonville.
