The NFL Hall of Fame has a deplorable rule on Ken Stabler's addition

This is despicable.

Former Oakland Raiders quarterback Ken Stabler was inducted into the Pro Football Hall of Fame posthumously, but his family will not receive a Hall of Fame ring or the gold jacket Stabler earned.

All living inductees receive both the ring and the jacket, but the Hall of Fame opted not to send Stabler's family either of the items he earned.

Stabler's daughter, Kendra, addressed the issue on Twitter.

Stabler arguably should have been inducted years ago prior to his death, but either way, it's a bad look for the Pro Football Hall of Fame. Hopefully they make amends soon.
