Lynch is the definition of a big get. The Fox Sports analyst played safety for the Tampa Bay Buccaneers from 1993-2003, and then played four more seasons for the Denver Broncos. He won a Super Bowl with the Bucs. He was elected to the Pro Bowl nine times, was a first-team All=Po twice, and many expect he'll be inducted in the Hall of Fame.
The reported length of the deal means the Niners must really believe in a guy who has been in the broadcast booth since 2008.
