RELATED: The NFL could start forcing team on "Hard Knocks"
There were a lot of people who thought that the HBO show "Hard Knocks" would feature the New Orleans Saints since there were seemingly issues with coach Sean Payton getting a new contract. That has been resolved and there are new storylines to follow in the NFL. Like the relocation of the Rams to Los Angeles. That apparently is enough for the show to feature them as this year's team.
The Rams are back in L.A. where they started and the Rams COO, Kevin Demoff, seems pretty excited about it. "We have one of the youngest teams, a lot of talented players — back-to-back rookies of the year — that we want people to start to get exposure to. What better way to do that than 'Hard Knocks'?"
The hourlong "Hard Knocks" series kicks off its 11th season on Tuesday, Aug. 9 at 10 p.m. The show airs every Tuesday ending with the Sept. 6 finale.
