Tom Brady just said what everyone already thinks about Peyton Manning

Brady might be spot-on about Manning.

New England Patriots quarterback Tom Brady has one of the most compelling rivalries in the NFL that goes back years with Denver Broncos gunslinger Peyton Manning.

When it comes to his talents on the field, Brady has the utmost confidence in what he's still able to do. Responding to a Grantland article that was sent to him by a childhood friend, Brady's thoughts were clear, via released emails from his DeflateGate appeal:

Brady responded by stomping Denver, 43-21, the very next day.

The Broncos quarterback recovered from a serious neck injury during his time in Indianapolis and was able to take his team to the Super Bowl, but Manning has struggled toward the end of the regular season in recent years.

Brady is just one year younger, but he's recovered well from an ACL surgery that could allow him to play a solid five years longer than his counterpart.

That competitive spirit is still very much alive.
