Where Tom Brady goes, Alex Guerrero usually follows. And apparently, so does the controversy.

Guerrero, Brady's longtime trainer and business partner, is now working inside the Las Vegas Raiders as the team's "wellness coordinator." But according to reports, his presence is already rubbing some people in the building the wrong way.
The reason is simple.
Many inside the organization reportedly see Guerrero as Brady's direct pipeline to the locker room and front office. And when the seven-time Super Bowl champion is not physically around the facility, that role suddenly carries a lot of weight.
Maybe too much.
According to The Athletic, Guerrero has been telling players about potential transactions before they happen and even hinting to staff members that their jobs could be at risk if they do not follow his guidance.
That kind of influence tends to raise eyebrows.
Star pass rusher Maxx Crosby is reportedly among those frustrated with the situation, as concerns about trust inside the organization continue to grow.
If this all sounds familiar, it should. Guerrero's presence caused friction during Brady's years with the New England Patriots, particularly with legendary coach Bill Belichick.
But Brady has never wavered.
The two built the famous TB12 Method together, and Guerrero has been firmly in Brady's corner for years.
So if anyone expects Brady to suddenly change course now, they probably do not know Tom Brady very well.
