Ed Kelce is grieving the heartbreaking loss of his girlfriend, Maureen Maguire, who passed away Friday at the age of 74.

According to People, the father of NFL stars Travis and Jason Kelce is "heartbroken" and "feeling an enormous void" in the days following her death.
"Maureen wasn't just his partner, she was his person," a source told the outlet of Kelce.
Ed shared the news over the weekend on Facebook, posting a link to Maguire's obituary through Stretch Funeral Home in Pennsylvania. The tribute said she "passed away peacefully surrounded by her loved ones."
"Maureen found joy in life's simple pleasures," the obituary read. "She loved the beach, especially the shore, and had a deep affection for dogs."
It went on to describe her recent years spent with Ed and her dog Butch, enjoying peaceful days in Cape May, traveling, attending concerts and football games, and soaking up every moment life had to offer.
Maguire even embraced football later in life, often seen cheering alongside Ed during games. She shared one memorable moment with Travis' girlfriend Taylor Swift, posing for a photo together in Chiefs gear. According to Ed, Maguire joked during the exchange, "Hey, that's my boyfriend," as Swift stood beside him.
Ed and Maguire wore matching No. 87 jerseys for the photo, proudly repping Travis.
Kelce shares sons Jason, 37, and Travis, 35, with his ex-wife Donna Kelce. The two were married for nearly 25 years before parting ways following their sons' college graduations. Even after the split, the family has remained close, regularly supporting Jason during his 13-year career with the Eagles and Travis with the Chiefs.
The Kelces were together again in New Orleans this past February, where the Eagles got the better of Kansas City in Super Bowl 2025, winning 40-22.
Now, as Travis Kelce prepares to kick off his 13th NFL season on September 5 in Brazil against the Chargers, Ed is left mourning a woman who meant the world to him.
