Their accomplishments on the gridiron are impressive, but Travis Kelce and Jason Kelce are starting to build quite the resume off the field so much that Wondery has inked their New Heights podcast to a three-year, nine-figure deal.

The new partnership will officially begin this Wednesday, coinciding with their episode release. As part of the deal, Wondery will also acquire all of their backlog episodes, they'll gain the distribution rights to their audio and video, as well as the ability to translate for international audiences. Wondery, which is a podcast network under Amazon's umbrella, has built up a solid group of athletes-turned-podcasters including J.J. Redick's The Old Man & The Three (which he has since given up after becoming the Lakers head coach) and Richard Sherman's The League.
"We couldn't be more excited to team up with Wondery for the next phase of New Heights," the Kelce brothers commented in a statement according to Variety. "We love this show, and the fanbase that has grown with us over the last two seasons. Wondery understands the shared vision and will offer a wealth of experience and resources to take us to 'New Heights'! We are going to create some groundbreaking moments together through this partnership. We are thrilled to start Season 3 — see you soon, 92%ers!"
New Heights, which refers to its fanbase as the 92%ers, began ahead of the 2022-23 NFL season while both Jason and Travis were playing for the Philadelphia Eagles and Kansas City Chiefs. The former has since retired this offseason. The chart-topping show places a heavy emphasis on football but like any good podcast, there are plenty of side tangents and real-world discussions and interviews that make the program easily accessible for even the non-football fan.
For the brothers, this is yet another sign of just how powerful they have become in the media space. After announcing his retirement, Jason Kelce quickly was scooped by ESPN as a Monday Night Football commentator. Travis Kelce continues to land ad campaigns as well as becoming the host of Amazon's Are You Smarter Than a Celebrity?. The brothers also had a documentary air on, you guessed it, Amazon.
The move by Wondery is a smart one. New Heights has continually been atop the popular charts on every streaming platform and it will only grow with the Kelce name getting bigger every day. It's also not a bad idea to invest in a company that, at any moment (and it's got to be coming), could decide to bring on Taylor Swift for an episode. Wondery will be printing money if and when that happens!
