While this remained a mystery for quite some time, now 14 months later police have been able to charge two men with three counts of involuntary manslaughter and two counts of delivery of a controlled substance.

That is, per TMZ, officials in Platte County, Missouri announced this week that Jordan Willis and Ivory Carson are the two men who were believed to have contributed to the deaths of: Clayton McGeeney, David Harrington and Ricky Johnson.

The cause of death has been attributed to a lethal mix of cocaine and fentanyl, which Willis provided at his house, along with Carson, when the five gathered to watch the Chiefs play against the Chargers.

Tragically, three bodies were found dead two days later in Willis' backyard, which the house owner claimed he had no knowledge that their frozen bodies had possibly been there.

Prosecuting Attorney Eric Zahnd has confirmed that Carson is already booked into Kansas City jail, and is expecting Willis to turn himself in as well.

While speaking on the tragedy, Zahnd said: "This case is a tragic reminder of the dangers of street drugs. But make no mistake, the people who supply those drugs can and will be held accountable when people overdose."
