Vegas claimed a Super Bowl favorite an hour before the AFC Championship game had even finished

It didn't take long for Las Vegas to name a favorite for Super Bowl LI.

In fact, Vegas sports book Westgate made the New England Patriots a three-point favorite over the Atlanta Falcons with a full quarter left to play in their AFC Championship matchup with the Pittsburgh Steelers Sunday.

To be fair, though, the Pats were up 33-9 after the third quarter and the game, for all intents and purposes, was already in the books. Meanwhile, the Falcons had a performance that was every bit as dominant, disposing of the Green Bay Packers by the score of 44-21.

That's not stopping Vegas from piling on Brady and the Pats as the favorite, though. That line is likely to see a good bit of ebb and flow over the next two weeks, but chances are it will settle on a higher total than three points in favor of New England.

The opening over/under total of 57.5 points all seems a bit off, so expect that to also change in the coming days.
