Von Miller shows the NFL what they can do with his fine for sack dances

The fine Denver Broncos Von Miller paid last week for the sack dance he performed during Week 3 win against the Detroit Lions was enough to persuade him not to do it again — at least not during the game — in Sunday's 23-20 victory over the Vikings.

The outside linebacker was fined $11,567 by the NFL for unsportsmanlike conduct for his version of Comedy Central's Key & Peele skit, McCringleberry's Excessive Celebration (see above)

On Sunday as Miller ran out of the tunnel for the start of the game, Miller sent a three-pump message to the league, assuming it wasn't recorded for the league to see, the Denver Post reported.

After a sack in the second quarter, Miller assumed his thrusting stance and was about to go through the motions, but managed to exercise some self-control.

"Them pumps are expensive," he told the Denver Post. "I'm saving that for a big-time sack. I'm only going to get more sacks. If I keep pumping, it'll get out of control."

According to Pro Football Focus, via Rotoworld, the Broncos linebackers only missed 7.1 percent of tackle attempts last season.
