Colin Kaepernick is undertaking a grievance against the NFL and, after being in the news for months and months surrounding his continued unemployment in the league, the former 49ers quarterback isn't fading away anytime soon as a result. However, there is real question as to whether Kaepernick will ever play in the league, especially on the heels of his decision to challenge the NFL in court.

Mike Freeman of Bleacher Report is certainly plugged in around the league and, on Wednesday, he provided blunt commentary on whether Kaepernick would ever take the field again. His response to that hypothetical?
"Hell no."
Beyond that very pointed idea, Freeman wrote about Kaepernick's perceived goal in taking his current legal strategy.
Interestingly, I believe, it's similar to Brady's: to win.
Brady also wanted to prove a point: that Roger Goodell was corrupt and the NFL's decision-making process was flawed. Kaepernick, I believe, wants to do the same, except with ownership.
But this is a battle that promises to take a long time, and, in the end, it's likely Kaepernick will lose.
Freeman probably isn't the only one that feels as if Kaepernick won't be returning to the league as a player but, on the flip side, there is a school of thought that he will at some point.
It is hard to tell at this stage but Freeman's idea isn't crazy, especially when considering just how ugly the legal process can be.
