Yet another Dallas Cowboys defender facing a four-game suspension

The team is reportedly meeting to discuss the matter.

Bad news for the Dallas Cowboys.

There are few other details at the moment, as Irving is reportedly meeting with Cowboys officials.

Irving, 23, signed with the Cowboys as an undrafted free-agent in September 2015. The 6-foot-7, 273 pounder had 4.0 sacks and four forced fumbles last season.

The Cowboys have been beset with suspension news this off season. Randy Gregory, the oft troubled pass rusher, has been suspended for the 2017 season, and could face a career ban as the result of at least six failed drug tests. Wide receiver Shaquelle Evans has been suspended for the first four game or violating the league's substance abuse policy. In 2016, the situation was so bad the Cowboys faced a $250,000 fine because they had three players — Gregory, Rolando McClain and DeMarcus Lawrence — suspended for violating the league's substance abuse policy.
