It's not hockey season, so it's been a minute since we've heard from famous Edmonton Oilers flasher Kait Flynn. But she did appear on a recent episode of the On The Throne podcast with Dick Frost to discuss her sudden 15 minutes of fame, and how she's profited.

"Yeah, I definitely made more money than I ever imagined was going to come from something like this," Flynn said.
For one, Flynn received and accepted an offer to appear in Playboy after flashing the crowd at an Oilers playoff game and going viral. The Oilers, of course, went on an inspiring run to the Stanley Cup Finals, where they fell to the Florida Panthers in seven games. But not before overcoming a 3-0 series deficit first. Still, Flynn's rise may have been even more impressive, according to some.
As for checking her out in Playboy, Flynn recently promised that fans "won't regret it." Aside from that, Flynn reportedly has returned to her regular job. She is believed to work for a company that provides solutions for oilfield hauling in Alberta.
"The Oilers' most infamous fan is back at work after inking a Playboy deal off the back of her viral success," wrote the Daily Mail. "Kait Flynn took to Instagram on Wednesday following Edmonton's Stanley Cup loss to the Florida Panthers, sharing a pic of herself heading to work in the oil fields."
She captioned the snap, "Happy hump day."
As for the Oilers, they will try to build on a run that helped to make them perhaps the NHL's best story last season. Unless, of course, you count the season had by Flynn.
