According to TMZ, the divorce became official on July 1, with the settlement outlining child custody, financial responsibilities and where each parent will live going forward.

Under the agreement, Lochte will pay $1,000 per month in child support for the couple's three children.

TMZ reports that Reid will have primary custody, with the children living primarily with her in Florida. She will also keep the family's home in Gainesville.

The former Olympian, meanwhile, has relocated to Missouri, where he has accepted a coaching position at Missouri State University. He is also engaged to Molly Gillihan.

The settlement reportedly includes a unique provision designed to protect the children's privacy.

According to TMZ, neither parent can allow a significant other to post photos of the children on social media. The agreement also states that if either parent successfully takes the other back to court to enforce its terms, the prevailing party can recover attorney's fees and court costs.

Financially, Lochte reportedly agreed to assume responsibility for a $100,000 federal tax lien tied to the marriage.

Neither Lochte nor Reid will pay spousal support, as the settlement does not include alimony for either party.

The agreement officially closes another chapter in the decorated Olympian's personal life as he begins a new phase with his coaching career while the former couple continues raising their three children together.
