How badly did Steph Curry and his amazing 3-point barrage break France's heart?

Well, badly enough that France's McDonald's jokingly threatened to remove the popular curry sauce from its menu.
Curry erupted for 24 points, with four threes in the final three minutes, to help lift Team USA to a 98-87 victory in the gold medal game at the Paris Olympics.
"For obvious reasons, we are considering removing this sauce" McDonald's France posted on Instagram, according to a translation of the post, via the New York Post.
The picture was captioned, "For 4 years minimum."
It was, of course, all in good fun.
This Olympics marked the second straight in which Team USA defeated France in the gold medal game. Curry, the Golden State Warriors star, saved his best Olympic moments for last.
"I've seen that from Steph a few times, but it never gets old," Team USA and Warriors head coach Steve Kerr told reporters. "It's a global game with a lot of great players, but we still feel we have the greatest players. They were all so unselfish throughout this whole thing, through all the noise, all the pressure. We might be the only team in the world whose fans are ashamed of them if they get a silver medal, and that's the pressure we face.
"But our players — and you saw Steph — they love the pressure. They appreciate this atmosphere, and they were fantastic."
Curry said it felt as if every shot was going in. And that proved to be almost entirely true.
"All I saw was the rim. I didn't see who was in front of me. I knew it was kind of a late clock situation, but that one impressed myself," he said about his dagger three shot with 33 seconds.
