Wrestling got real when a former WWE talent apparently went off script and battered another wrestler

He was charged with domestic battery by strangulation and false imprisonment for an incident involving his girlfriend on August 30, 2015.

Former WWE and current GFW wrestler Bram was involved in a very real incident during an appearance at Shugg's Hoose Party 4 on Sunday night.

Bram, who was involved in a run-in during a wedding angle, struck his opponent Ravie Davie in a shoot fight during their match, which left Davie's face with numerous injuries.

One fan described the incident as something "that couldn't have been planned and everyone feels uncomfortable and wants to leave" during the show.

Scottish wrestler Lionheart tweeted a photo of Davie's face after the incident.

Others have also suggested that Bram's past history of rage and domestic abuse was used as part of an angle.

Bram, whose real name is Thomas Latimer, was charged with domestic battery by strangulation and false imprisonment for an incident involving his girlfriend on August 30, 2015.

Charges were later dropped in the case, per PWInsider.

"Our office is pleased to announce that Mr. Latimer's case has been successfully resolved, resulting in a decision by the State Attorney's office whereby they have declined to prosecute our client on the aforementioned charges.  Our office has always maintained that once the entirety of the facts, evidence and witness statements are brought forth, our client would be exonerated of the allegations."

At the time, he was still married to former WWE Women's Champion Charlotte Flair, but in the process of finalizing a divorce, which was completed in October of that same year.
