SmackDown Live GM Daniel Bryan participated in a Twitter Q&A session on Wednesday night during the airing of Total Bellas on E! Network.

Bryan responded to numerous wrestling-related tweets, which sparked more rumors about a potential comeback once his current WWE contract expires.

Among his responses, the former WWE Champion said he would love to work an angle with NJPW/ROH faction Bullet Club and specifically noted that he would wrestle IWGP United States Heavyweight Champion Kenny Omega in "any big arena."

Omega responded and noted that the two had "unfinished business" from their days on the Indie scene, giving a nod to one hilarious spot from their match in PWG.

Bryan retired from professional wrestling as an in-ring competitor in February 2016 after WWE doctors refused to clear him. He has teased interest in joining other promotions once his current deal expires, although the company could change its stance if he pursues other options.

Bryan also said that he would choose to face Shinsuke Nakamura if he made his return to WWE for one match, which he's called a "dream match" on numerous occasions.

Perhaps we'll get to see the American Dragon return to the ring sometime in the near future after all.
