Last year, the WWE struck a $5 billion deal with Netflix to exclusively stream Monday Night Raw on their platform. And they went all out for the premiere on January 6.

Hulk Hogan Gets Booed During Appearance on Raw
With the Netflix kick-off show taking place in Los Angeles all of the biggest celebs were in attendance for the star-studded event. Some of the biggest names in the industry returned including The Rock who opened up the show and the Undertaker. However, it was WWE legend Hulk Hogan's appearance on Raw that took center stage — at least on social media.
The Hulkamaniacs weren't exactly running wild during Hogan's appearance. Quite the opposite in fact. During his promo segment, he could barely say anything as fans were audibly showering the WWE Hall of Famer with a chorus of boos, which also led to tons of fan reactions on social media.
"Hulk Hogan deserved every bit of those boos. You old, decrepit, and racist pos," one fan said on X, formerly known as Twitter.
"Watching Hulk Hogan get booed out of a building filled with 18k people restored my faith in humanity," another fan added.

John Cena Gets Candid on Feud With the Rock
The Monday Night Raw premiere on Netflix also started the beginning of John Cena's farewell tour. Cena, a sixteen-time WWE Champion, has had feuds with several Hall of Famers. But his most noted beef was with fellow Hollywood star Dwayne "The Rock" Johnson.
Things got particularly heated between the two when Cena called out The Rock for leaving the WWE to pursue a career as a movie star. He also questioned how much he loved the company. It is a decision he has come to regret now.
"Oh my god, yeah. To me, it was [like], 'I'm going to jab this guy because I have nothing to lose. I have all the leverage... My angle came from the fact that he was openly saying, 'I love the WWE.' And I was like, 'Man if you love it, why aren't you here?' What a stupid thing [of me] to say. I'm so sorry because he had a lot to lose," Cena said
"And now I have to eat a bunch of shit and say, 'Fuck, I was wrong, I'm sorry.'"
