Ric Flair finally posts an official update after nearly dying in the hospital

WOO!

Ric Flair wants you to know that he ain't dead yet... only he's using some more colorful language here.

Flair posted a video to Twitter on Saturday, updating fans on his condition and letting them know that he will be seeing them very soon.

It is absolutely great to see Flair up and about like this after he legitimately nearly died in an Atlanta hospital following some health complications. It's unclear what is next on Flair's schedule, but it will be absolutely great to hopefully see him out in public again soon.

When he was admitted to the hospital, Flair had at least one surgery where his chances of survival were reportedly low considering his condition at the time. The surgery in question has been reported as a bowel surgery in order to remove a blockage. Flair is also reportedly dealing with kidney issues and had had a pacemaker inserted to regulate his heart.

Flair is one of the most recognizable figures in pro wrestling history, having dominated the scene from the 1970s and well into the 1990s. Flair is recognized by WWE as a 16-time world champion, and he has been inducted into their Hall of Fame two times — once individually, and once as a member of the Four Horsemen.
