For the main event of Tuesday's SmackDown Live show, Shinsuke Nakamura pinned John Cena, and will be rewarded with a WWE Championship match against Jinder Mahal at SummerSlam.
Nakamura won the match after this scary moment where Cena was dropped right on his head during a backdrop.
After that move, Nakamura hit his finishing Kinshasa kick to win the match and get his chance at the WWE Championship.
Nakamura is a two-time NXT Champion, and a former IWGP Heavyweight Champion and IWGP Intercontinental Champion. His match with Mahal at Summerslam will be his first shot at the WWE Championship.
