Monday Night Raw main event — Steel Cage match: Braun Strowman def. Big Show via pinfall

Strowman started the match beating Big Show mercilessly against the cage wall. Strowman went to attack him yet again, and Show hit him with the knockout punch as both men were laid out.

Both men got back to their feet, and Show took control, tossing Strowman around the ring like a doll. Show climbed to the top rope and booted Strowman to the ground before connecting on a diving elbow drop for a two count.

Show tried to exit through the cage door, but Strowman slammed it on his head. Strowman tried to step over Show and out the door and his opponent returned the favor. Strowman reversed a chokeslam attempt into a DDT for the two count. Show hit a chokeslam, but Strowman kicked out at two. Show called for the knockout punch, Strowman reversed to picking him up for the powerslam and show reversed by tossing him into the cage.

Show climbed up to the top of the cage, where Strowman pulled him all the way down and splashed him into the side of the cage. Show climbed back to the top rope, but Strowman connected on a suplex from the top rope.

Strowman picked him up and hit the powerslam for the pinfall.

Strowman got on the mic and called out Brock Lesnar, saying at No Mercy, his future is what he did to Big Show. Strowman then got back in the ring and slammed Show through the cage wall!

Seth Rollins and Dean Ambrose def. The Club (Luke Gallows and Karl Anderson) (w/ Cesaro and Sheamus at ringside) by pinfall

Rollins got the pin after Sheamus distracted the ref and Rollins threw Anderson into Cesaro. Rollins rolled him up for the three count, leaving Cesaro and Sheamus infuriated.

The Club attacked Cesaro and Sheamus, and the four of them brawled, eventually leaving the latter standing tall.

Nia Jax and Emma def. Alexa Bliss and Sasha Banks by pinfall.

Jax had the match very much in hand before Emma made the blind tag. Emma took a beating for a bit before she made a desperation tag to Jax, who beat down Bliss.

Jax hit a running leg drop on Banks, but Emma got the bling tag and snuck in for the pinfall.

With the win, Women's championship match at No Mercy is now a Fatal 4-Way between Bliss, Banks, Emma and Jax.

Enzo Amore, Cedric Alexander and Gran Metalik def. Tony Nese, Drew Gulak and Noam Dar

Enzo got the hot tag to Alexander, who cleaned house. As Alexander and Metalik coordinated a diving attack, Amore made the blind tag to hit his twisting boot to the face on Gulak for the pinfall.

Intercontinental championship match: The Miz (c) (w/ the Miztourage) def. Jeff Hardy (w/ Matt Hardy) by pinfall

Jeff got going early, hitting the Whisper in the Wind before heading up top for the Swanton Bomb. Bo Dallas distracted the ref so Curtis Axel could knock him off the top rope. Matt Hardy attacked the two on the outside and the referee ejected all three of them.

Miz regained control of the match and set up for the Skull Crushing Finale, but Hardy reversed into a rollup. Miz hit Daniel Bryan's running knee for a two count then hit Bryan's downed kicks to Hardy. Hardy evaded the final kick and landed a corner strike.

Hardy connected on the Twist of Fate, but Miz got his hand on the bottom rope. Hardy missed the Swanton Bomb, and as Miz made his way back to his feet, Hardy attempted another Twist of Fate. Miz reversed into the Skull Crushing Finale for the win.

The Miz has now held the Intercontinental title for 444 combined days, just 10 short of tying Honky Tonk Man for third all-time.

Sheamus and Cesaro def. Heath Slater and Rhyno by pinfall

Heath Slater tried for a rollup for the quick two count. Sheamus hit a Brogue kick on Rhyno after the hot tag for the pinfall.

John Cena def. Jason Jordan by pinfall

Jordan got some early offense in, using his amateur wrestling background. Cena mounted the comeback, hitting the five-knuckle shuffle. Jordan reversed the Attitude Adjustment into a rollup, and Cena turned that into the STF. Jordan worked his way out and into a crossface. Cena powered up into the Attitude Adjustment only for Jordan to work his way out again.

Jordan hit a Northern Lights, rolling into another Northern Lights — really pretty incredible.

Jordan got a two count, stood up to attack Cena and got hit with an Attitude Adjustment out of nowhere for the pinfall loss. Roman Reigns' music hit and he walked down the entrance ramp after Cena's win.

Reigns asked why it took Cena 20 minutes to beat a rookie, saying he toyed with the kid. Or he's not as good as he says he is, and maybe he's just a fake a** b***h.

Cena called Reigns a golden boy, and noted guys like Jason Jordan, Chad Gable and the Miz scratch and claw for everything they have.

Monday Night Raw best of the rest:

  • Finn Balor cut a promo on being ready the next time Bray Wyatt wants to show up. Wyatt challenged Balor to show him "No Mercy," not the Demon.
  • Raw Tag Team title match announced for No Mercy, as Seth Rollins and Dean Ambrose will defend against Cesaro and Sheamus.
  • Raw opened with a video package of last week's "shoot" promo between John Cena and Roman Reigns.
