The No. 48 Chevrolet Camaro will have a brand-new look in 2025 as Hendrick Motorsports and Ally Racing add some darkness to Alex Bowman's scheme.

The new scheme, which Hendrick and Ally unveiled ahead of the holidays, still features the expected colors. Purple and magenta take over the sides of the Cup Series car. The base color of the car is purple while the stripes and small Ally "a" logos are magenta.
The roof and the hood ditch the color and opt for a black base. However, this isn't a straightforward design. The designers added numerous subtle icons. This includes piggy banks, cars, homes, mountains, tools, palm trees, and shopping carts among other examples.

Unlike other drivers in the Hendrick Motorsports stable, Bowman will have Ally as his primary scheme all season long. He may showcase special schemes in select races while highlighting Best Friends Animal Society, but he will run the black and purple scheme in the overwhelming majority of races next season.
Ally has been Bowman's primary partner since the 2021 season, his first in the No. 48 Chevrolet Camaro. This car primarily featured a purple and magenta scheme that year, but it also showcased some special looks. This includes the half-and-half scheme that Ally shared with the Charlotte Football Club.
Bowman also used a one-off gunmetal gray scheme during the Coca-Cola 600, a teal scheme honoring then-crew chief Greg Ives, a Neon Lights scheme designed by Dale Earnhardt Jr., and a purple and orange scheme highlighting Best Friends.
The partnership between Ally, Hendrick Motorsports, and Bowman has included a white scheme, multiple schemes designed by NASCAR fans, a Mark Martin tribute, and even a comic book-themed scheme.
The Arizona native has delivered the majority of his wins in an Ally-sponsored car. He won four races in 2021, one in 2022, and one last season. His other two Cup wins were in the No. 88 Chevrolet Camaro with Axalta and Cincinnati Inc. as his primary partners.
