According to a press release, Blaine Perkins will make the move to Jordan Anderson Racing to drive the No. 31 Chevrolet. He will replace Parker Retzlaff, who announced his departure from the team as the season ended.
Perkins will become teammates with Jeb Burton, who returns to the No. 27 Chevrolet Camaro for his third season at Jordan Anderson Racing.
"We're excited to continue building this program with Jeb and Blaine as we lay the groundwork for the future entering our fifth season in the Xfinity Series," said team owner Jordan Anderson in a statement. "The journey from a single-car operation to where we are now speaks to our team's perseverance and growth mindset."

Burton first joined JAR in 2023. He took over the No. 27 as the team expanded to two full-time cars, and he delivered JAR's first win at Talladega Superspeedway. Burton ended the season 12th in points after reaching the playoffs.
The Virginia native returned to the organization last season but dealt with a variety of issues. Crashes and a mechanical issue led to four DNFs while Burton's average finish fell from 15.6 in 2023 to 21.6 last season.
Perkins spent last season with RSS Racing. He drove the No. 29 Ford Mustang full-time and qualified for 32 of the 33 races on the schedule. He posted an average finish of 26.1 with a season-best finish of 13th at Phoenix Raceway in the spring.
"Having Jeb return as the veteran to our program will continue to add depth and the experience needed to take us to the next level," Anderson added. "I'm grateful to Parker Retzlaff's efforts these last two seasons in the No. 31 and the opportunity to assist in his growth as a driver as he continues to move up the ranks.
"We have the same vision with Blaine next season, and plan to give him all the tools, and opportunities, to continue developing as a driver on and off the track. This is a fantastic opportunity to keep expanding our program with focused drivers, dedicated team members, and committed partners who believe in our shared vision for the organization."
