Kyle Larson's dominated the 2023 All-Star Race in NASCAR's much-hyped return to North Wilkesboro Speedway. The driver of the No. 5 Chevy for Hendrick Motorsports dominated on the track Sunday — while his wife, Katelyn, also grabbed fans' attention in a different way.

Larson won the event over Bubba Wallace and Tyler Reddick, who was over 4.5 seconds behind. But, that wasn't the only big moment of the night. As Kyle finished up celebrating his win with a fantastic burnout, Katelyn got the fans fired up with her go-to victory celebration.

Katelyn Larson's viral beer-chugging celebration was recently a topic of discussion on Fox Sports' recent documentary DIRT: The Last Great American Sport. Katelyn spoke about what has clearly become a tradition for the Larsons.
"I told Kyle, 'When you win a NASCAR race, I'm gonna shotgun a beer.' Kyle won at Dover in 2019," Katelyn said. "They caught me on the boomerang camera shotgunning the beer in the corner. So it kind of took off from there. It's a fun, playful, you know ... tradition."
That tradition has certainly taken on a life of its own. It was missed much of last season, though, when Kyle won three races — but for good reason, as Katelyn was pregnant with their third child. Their son Cooper was born in December, and the tradition has returned — and Katelyn definitely stole the show at North Wilkesboro.
If Kyle can replicate his 2021 accomplishments — 10 wins and a championship — there will be plenty of more beer chugging for Katelyn. He's already checked the box of an All-Star win. In fact, Sunday's win was his third in the All-Star event, each at a different track — quite an accomplishment for the 30-year-old driver. Next up is the Coca-Cola 600. Could Larson be closing in on a run for his second championship?
Whatever happens, Katelyn Larson will be waiting in the wings for another celebratory beer chug.
