Lucas Oil, known for its high-performance automotive additives and lubricants, announced the news on Jan. 3. The company said that it would continue to support Busch and Brexton as the father-son duo compete in the 2025 Tulsa Shootout and the 2025 Chili Bowl Nationals.
Made 3/4 of Qualifiers n picked up a pair of Heat wins. Look the best in Wing Outlaw so far, 10th in points. Pretty happy about our start this week.👍🏻

Both prestigious dirt race events take place in Oklahoma in January as hundreds of competitors battle in the SageNet Center. The Tulsa Shootout features more than 1,800 entries this season. The Chili Bowl Nationals has more than 300 entries.
Winning each event adds prestige to a competitor's resume. It also secures the special Golden Driller Trophy modeled after the statue standing outside the SageNet Center.

"The Tulsa Shootout and Chili Bowl have become very special events to me and my son Brexton, and I am thrilled to fly the Lucas Oil colors in these legendary races," Busch said in a press release. "I love the format of dirt racing, but it puts a lot of stress on your equipment which is why I trust Lucas.
"Hundreds of race teams rely on their products at local tracks across the country, and we're ready to show everyone how Lucas Oil helps us get the most out of our race cars each and every lap."
Busch and Brexton each have experience competing in the Tulsa Shootout. The two-time Cup Series champion first competed in the dirt race in 2021. Brexton followed in 2022.
This season marks the first time that Busch will compete in the Chili Bowl Nationals as he attempts to join an exclusive list featuring Tony Stewart and Kyle Larson. Both drivers won Cup Series championships in NASCAR and the Chili Bowl Nationals. Christopher Bell has won the prestigious dirt race but has so far fallen short of the Cup Series championship.
