The No. 43 team of Legacy Motor Club will lose two members due to infractions at Las Vegas Motor Speedway.

According to NASCAR's weekly penalty report, front tire changer John Rosselli and jackman Kellen Mills have both received two-race suspensions for violations of the NASCAR Rule Book, Sections 8.8.10.4.A & C: Tires and Wheels.
These suspensions are the result of the No. 43 of Erik Jones losing a wheel and tire assembly on the track during last weekend's race at Las Vegas Motor Speedway. They will be eligible to return for the season finale at Phoenix Raceway.
The lost wheel occurred on Lap 70 of the Cup Series race. Jones made a pit stop under caution and returned to the track. The wheel then detached as the field was preparing to take the green flag once again. NASCAR waved off the restart as Jones's wheel rolled around the track.
Since the wheel came off on the racing surface, officials held Jones for two laps. The Legacy MC driver ultimately finished 25th while Joey Logano won his way into the Championship 4.
The penalty report also included fines to three Xfinity Series crew chiefs, whose cars each had one loose lug nut. This was a violation of Section 8.8.10.4.A in the Xfinity Series Rule Book. This rule states that all five lug nuts on the cars "must be installed in a safe and secure manner."
Jonathan Toney of Stewart-Haas Racing, Shane Whitbeck of Jordan Anderson Racing, and Kevin Johnson of RSS Racing all received $5,000 fines.
The penalty issued to Legacy Motor Club is the second issued in the last two weeks. The first took place after the playoff race at the Charlotte Roval.
Austin Dillon's No. 3 Richard Childress Racing lost a wheel on Lap 81 of the Cup Series race at the purpose-built road course. Dillon was on the track at the time, so he remained on pit road for two extra laps.
NASCAR also issued two-race suspensions to front tire changer Joshua Thomas and jackman Nicholas Covey. Both will be eligible to return for the Cup Series race at Martinsville Speedway.
