TALLADEGA, Ala. — Austin Hill will move up to Cup full-time in 2027, but that doesn't mean that he wants to leave the O'Reilly Auto Parts Series behind.

He still has some goals to pursue while adding to his racing resume.
"I want to run next year," Hill told media members at Talladega Superspeedway on Saturday. "I don't know if I'm going to be able to run or not for sure with sponsorship and such, but I do want to run next year.
"I'd love to run the Daytona race to start the year to try to go for whatever number it is, number five, or whatever it is. Obviously, Atlanta being my home track, I'd love to run Atlanta.
"And then, honestly, I'd like to throw some road course races even in there and run some road courses."
Hill has competed full-time in the O'Reilly Auto Parts Series since the 2022 season when he joined Richard Childress Racing. He has delivered 16 wins to the championship-winning organization while finding particular success on drafting tracks.
Daytona International Speedway and Atlanta Motor Speedway, in particular, have been his playgrounds. He has scored four wins at Daytona and five wins at Atlanta while driving the No. 21 Chevrolet.
He has recently added two wins at Talladega Superspeedway, a track where he regularly struggled to finish inside of the top 10.
But while Hill has celebrated 11 of 16 career wins on drafting tracks, he did not enter the series believing that he was a superspeedway ace. He has just grown to love the art over the years.
"I used to hate superspeedway racing, and now, I have a lot of fun with it because I have a different mindset coming into these weekends," he explained. "It's not that with all the success that we've had that I just expect to go win today.
"It's just that I just have a little bit more relaxed demeanor and I'm not as stressed out when I come to these events because I know that we could either win the race or we could end up on the hook or run anywhere in between."
