The U.S. Air Force makes its return to sponsoring Bubba Wallace, as it will be aboard his No. 23 Toyota this weekend.
Wallace and the Air Force spent plenty of time together when Wallace previously drove Richard Petty's famed No. 43 car from 2018 until 2020.
It has been several years since they were partners but before the start of this season the Air Force announced that it was teaming back up with Wallace.
23XI Racing unveiled Wallace's car for Phoenix on its X page.
"The No. 23 Air Force Toyota Camry XSE first takes flight in Phoenix," the 23XI social media team said.

Wallace and 23XI Racing have long had some sharp-looking paint schemes, and this Air Force ride will look great in the desert.
Wallace spoke during the offseason about why he couldn't be happier about Air Force returning to sponsor him, and how special it is to have them at 23XI.
"It's really special to once again be partnered with the men and women who make up the United States Air Force," Wallace said via a team release. "My previous experience with the folks from the Air Force was awesome and I had the chance to meet a lot of great airmen who do some amazing things each and every day. I'm looking forward to welcoming them to 23XI and showing them what we're all about as we work together to try and accomplish the impossible."
It has been a decade since an Air Force-sponsored car has visited victory lane in NASCAR. Wallace and 23XI Racing give them a great opportunity to be successful.
It's certainly great to see the U.S. Air Force back on the hood of a race car.
