Cleetus McFarland, whose real name is Garrett Mitchell, has added a meaningful car to his collection. He has purchased a race car previously driven by the late Greg Biffle.

McFarland, who became close friends with Biffle before the championship-winning driver's death, made it clear earlier this week that he planned to win this car at auction. He accomplished his goal as he won the No. 16 Ford Taurus Cup Series car.
Team owner Jack Roush had taken multiple out of service race cars to the Mecum auction at Nashville Superspeedway, and this lot included chassis RK-195 that Biffle drove in 2004 and parts of 2005.

This car featured the National Guard as the primary sponsor, as well as an American flag-themed livery. It included a Roush-built 358 cubic-inch (5.8L) Ford V-8 engine.
McFarland filmed himself bidding on this Cup Series car. He did not attend the auction, but he used the online option to submit his bids. He made his first bid at $35,000, and he continued pushing the button to remain in contention for the car.
The YouTuber-turned-racer bid again at $38,000 and then again at $40,000 and $43,000. Once someone else took the price to $45,000, McFarland said, "At this point, I'm committed."
He then submitted the final bid at $47,000 and won the Cup Series car. He celebrated by saying, "Coming home."
This race car did not simply add some money to Roush's pocket. Instead, it directly benefited the foundation established to continue the philanthropic work done by Biffle and his wife Cristina.
Both passed away in a plane crash in December 2025 along with son Ryder, daughter Emma, Dennis Dutton, Jack Dutton, and Craig Wadsworth.

"We're grateful for their support and proud to see this car continue to make a difference."
McFarland, who began his racing career with Biffle as his mentor, helped raise crucial funds for this foundation while simultaneously adding this meaningful vehicle to his collection.
