Heim delivered a dominant performance in the Truck Series race at the New England track. He led 124 laps and swept the stage wins. He then held off Chandler Smith to score his ninth win of the season. This win tied Biffle's record for the most wins in a single Truck Series season.

"It's a dream come true to be able to race with these guys," Heim said about his Tricon Garage team. "It seems like everywhere we go this year, we're a contender to win. Just can't say enough about those guys, and gonna keep it going.

"Like you said, I got four more races left, and I want to break that record. Shoutout, Greg Biffle, he's a great dude, and I'm honored to kinda be able to compete with that, with him."

Biffle's dominant 1999 campaign began with a win at Memphis. He won the pole, led 74 laps, and scored his first win of the season. He then scored win No. 2 at Portland International Raceway. The successes continued with wins at Milwaukee, Nazareth, and Michigan.

Biffle's final four wins of the season took place at Lucas Oil Indianapolis Raceway Park, Gateway, Richmond, and Las Vegas. Interestingly enough, he did not win the championship. He finished the season second in the standings behind Jack Sprague, who posted three wins.

The Pacific Northwest native returned to the Truck Series in 2000 and scored five more wins. This time, he won the title while teammate Kurt Busch finished second in the standings.

Heim now has four more opportunities to break his tie and put his name in the record books. He will next head to the Charlotte Roval to kick off the Round of 8 before taking on Talladega Superspeedway, Martinsville Speedway, and Phoenix Raceway.

Heim, who now has 20 career Truck Series wins, will enter these races as a favorite. He has four career road course wins, so he will remain a driver to watch as the series takes on the Roval for the first time. He also has one career win at Martinsville Speedway.

Heim has not yet celebrated a win at Talladega Superspeedway or Phoenix Raceway, but he has posted top-five finishes at both tracks.
