The triple duty weekend will continue on Saturday with Chastain joining JR Motorsports. He will drive the No. 9 Chevrolet in the O'Reilly Auto Parts Series race. This will mark his third start this season in the secondary series — his first two were with Jordan Anderson Racing.
Bell will take over the No. 19 Toyota for Joe Gibbs Racing. He will make his first O'Reilly Auto Parts Series start this season and his third consecutive at Darlington Raceway. Bell won the 2024 O'Reilly Series race at the South Carolina track.
Sunday will see the two drivers returning to their normal rides. Chastain will drive the No. 1 Chevrolet for Trackhouse Racing as he tries to rebound from a difficult start to the season. He is 20th in points after five races with one top-five finish.
Bell will drive the No. 20 for Joe Gibbs Racing. He has three top-five finishes in five starts this season, as well as the third-most stage points (43). He is sixth in the Cup Series standings and back into contention for a spot in The Chase.
