Denny Hamlin, Jordan Fish Announce Engagement

Denny Hamlin has big plans in 2024, both on the track and away from it, as he and his long-time girlfriend and mother of his two daughters, Jordan Fish, will be tying the knot.

The pair met in 2007, while Fish was a dance team member for the Charlotte Hornets and began seeing each other in 2009. The pair's daughters were born in 2013 (Taylor) and 2017 (Molly).

They announced the exciting news on New Year's Day while the family was on vacation in Cabo San Lucas, Mexico.

The couple shared photos of the moment in a shared post on their respective Instagrams. It also provided a moment for Fish to get a slight gag over Hamlin, as she made it very clear that she got the lead over him in terms of rings.

"Rings: DH: 0, Jordan: 1," Fish wrote.

Perhaps finally settling down will help Hamlin focus on the 2024 season and capture that elusive Cup championship.

The best news from their exciting announcement is that Hamlin is no longer wearing a sling in the photos after shoulder surgery during the offseason.

Hamlin's recovery looks to have gone better than expected, especially since he thought he could miss next month's Busch Light Clash at the LA Coliseum. He very well still could miss the event, depending on how the shoulder feels by then.

It's also good to see the pair work out whatever differences they had over the past few years, as Hamlin and Fish had quite a row on social media back in 2021, hinting that they had broken up.

Obviously, for their daughters' sake, things have worked out for the family. Congrats to the Hamlin family on their huge and exciting news. 2024 is off to a good start for the driver of the No. 11 Toyota.
