The ex-wife of late NASCAR star Greg Biffle is seeking $10 million from his estate following the plane crash that killed their daughter.

Nicole Biffle filed the claim over the death of Emma Biffle, according to court documents obtained by TMZ Sports.
Emma died on Dec. 18, 2025, when a plane carrying her, her father and several others crashed shortly after taking off from Statesville Regional Airport in North Carolina. Nicole has already filed a wrongful death lawsuit against Greg's estate.
In the latest filing, she is asking a court to prevent the estate from making additional distributions so that sufficient money remains available to potentially satisfy her claim and others stemming from the crash.
Nicole alleges that Emma was sick on the day of the flight and did not want to make the trip. She claims Greg nevertheless insisted that their daughter accompany him.
Her lawsuit alleges that Greg and others were negligent and that their actions contributed to the fatal crash. Those allegations have not been proven in court.
Greg's estate is now facing three wrongful death lawsuits connected to the crash.
The estates of Dennis Dutton and his son Jack, who also died aboard the plane, previously filed claims seeking a combined $30 million, according to TMZ.
Nicole's latest claim brings the amount being sought from Greg's estate in connection with the crash to $40 million.
Biffle was 55 when he died. He spent more than two decades competing in NASCAR's three national series, winning championships in both the Truck Series and what is now the Xfinity Series before becoming a longtime Cup Series star.
Now, the legal fallout from the crash that killed Biffle, his daughter and others continues nearly nine months later.
