A driver illness is forcing a Craftsman Truck Series team to switch up the lineup for Thursday night's Chase opener at Bristol Motor Speedway.

Parker Kligerman will not be able to make his scheduled start for Henderson Motorsports, so the No. 75 team will turn to another driver.
"Little update: I won't be racing tonight at Bristol in the 75," Kligerman wrote on X on Thursday morning.
"As some of you know, I got pretty sick last week & recovery has been slower than I hoped with a few lingering effects. I'm feeling better every day but not quite race ready, and having the broadcast tomorrow as well, it was best to sit this one out. I'll explain more on (The Money Lap)

Kligerman continued and confirmed that he will return to the O'Reilly Auto Parts Series broadcast on Friday night after missing last weekend at World Wide Technology Raceway. He just will not be able to race at Bristol.
The veteran driver technically retired from NASCAR after the 2024 O'Reilly Auto Parts Series season, but he has continued to make sporadic starts in the Craftsman Truck Series. He has primarily driven for Henderson Motorsports while also suiting up for Kaulig Racing and Spire Motorsports.
This season, Kligerman has made four Truck Series starts. He drove for Kaulig at Texas Motor Speedway and Michigan International Speedway. He drove for Henderson Motorsports on Naval Base Coronado and Spire Motorsports at Lime Rock Park.
He will not be able to suit up at Bristol Motor Speedway, so Sanchez will step in for his second Truck Series start of the year and the fourth of his career at the Tennessee track. The Florida native drove for Spire Motorsports at Lucas Oil Indianapolis Raceway Park earlier this year.
