Kaulig Racing, which becomes the Ram factory team this season, will have five full-time crew chiefs leading the way in 2026. This group features multiple experienced leaders, including one who has long been a mainstay at the organization.

Crew chief & driver lineup for Kaulig Racing's Truck Series teams

  • No. 10 - Daniel Dye (driver) and Dan Stillman
  • No. 12 - Brenden Queen (driver) and Eddie Pardue
  • No.14 - "Race for the Seat" winner and Bruce Cook
  • No. 16 - Justin Haley (driver) and Mike Hillman Jr.
  • No. 25 - All-Star lineup, starting with Tony Stewart, and Alex Yontz

Yontz is a familiar face at Kaulig Racing. He has been with the team since 2019 while working with a wide variety of drivers in the O'Reilly Auto Parts Series. This includes AJ Allmendinger, Christian Eckes, Haley, Ross Chastain, Daniel Hemric, and Kyle Larson among others.

Yontz has celebrated nine wins in NASCAR's secondary series. Larson and Chastain each accounted for one. Allmendinger added three while Haley added four.

Pardue has been a crew chief for drivers across all three national NASCAR series. This includes a 1998 season when he guided Elton Sawyer, who is now senior vice president of competition for the sanctioning body. Pardue most recently guided the No. 11 team featuring Josh Williams, Queen, Michael McDowell, Hemric, Carson Hocevar, Haley, and Will Brown.

Hillman is a new addition to the Kaulig Racing lineup. He previously worked at Freedom Racing Enterprises, where he guided former Talladega winner Spencer Boyd. Hillman has celebrated 23 Truck Series wins. He also captured two championships with Todd Bodine.

Cook is another familiar name for Truck Series fans. He owns Cook Racing Technologies, which fielded the No. 84 Toyota and No. 62 Toyota last season while featuring a variety of drivers. Cook has celebrated six wins as a Truck Series crew chief from his time at KHI Racing. He scored one win with Clint Bowyer, three with Kevin Harvick, and two with Ron Hornaday Jr.

Stillman, like the other members of this crew chief lineup, has been atop the pit box for decades. For example, he guided Ricky Ruddy in Cup Series races in 1999. He also spent multiple seasons working with Paul Menard in the O'Reilly Auto Parts Series.

Stillman has five wins in the O'Reilly Auto Parts Series, where he most recently worked. One win came with Menard while the other four came with Carl Edwards.
