Kevin Harvick calls out his pit crew after they got sloppy and blew the race for him

Kevin Harvick didn't mince words after pit crew issues cost him a race.

Kevin Harvick wasn't afraid to point the finger of blame at his pit crew for blowing his chances of a victory at the Southern 500. Harvick was in first place when he went into a pit stop on Lap 280, but the crew took nearly 17 seconds to get him back out, which sent him down to 12th place.

An air gun issue delayed the changing of the right rear tire, which added time to the stop. Harvick, who finished second in the race, said he's done making excuses for the crew.

It isn't the first time issues during a spot have set Harvick back during races. His pit crew was swapped with Stewart-Haas Racing teammate Tony Stewart in 2014. He's finished in 2nd place in races 23 times since 2014.
