Kyle Busch Reveals 'Hate List' During Interview

Kyle Busch does not always see eye-to-eye with fellow NASCAR drivers. Three, in particular, are apparently on his "hate list."

The two-time Cup Series champion provided the comments during an hour-plus sitdown with Sean Hannity. He first explained that he's not going to call any drivers up for a game of golf but added that he is cordial with most. However, he noted that three are in a separate category.

"(Joey) Logano's on it," Busch told Hannity when pressed for details. "Brad Keselowski — he was on it really hard and heavy a few years ago. Him and I got in a few battles — probably some of the YouTube videos you've pulled up and watched.

"(Carson) Hocevar is probably another one that I just don't see...I just don't see eye-to-eye with those guys. They've got different ways of how they go about their business versus what I do, and I just don't like it."

Busch has had run-ins with all three drivers on this list throughout his career. Granted, Hocevar is a newer addition to the list considering that he has only been full-time in the Cup Series since the 2024 season.

Hocevar's place on the hate list primarily stems from the aggressive moves behind the wheel, some of which have derailed Busch's races.

The conflicts with Logano and Keselowski go back much further. These issues have surfaced in the car, on pit road, and even during driver intros.

Keselowski once called Busch "an ass" ahead of a race at Bristol Motor Speedway. Once Busch won the race, he acted like he didn't know Keselowski while answering questions from the media.

Back in 2021, Keselowski made an aggressive move while trying to race his way into the Championship 4. This contact led to Busch being spun around in Turn 1 after taking the checkered flag.

Busch responded by using a slur to describe the move and saying that "I should beat the s—- out of him right now is what I should do, but that doesn't do me any good either."

The two drivers have since appeared in promotional videos together for NASCAR, but Busch's comments about the hate list make it seem that they are not friendly.

The issues with Logano have featured wrecks on the track, as well as a brawl on pit road at Las Vegas Motor Speedway.

Busch also made some pointed comments about Logano during a sitdown with Brandon Marshall, Channing Crowder, Chad Johnson, and Fred Taylor for the short-lived I AM NASCAR show.

"The problem with Joey is he's two-faced," Busch said during an episode in May 2021. "People know I'm an a———. I might be an a——— on the race track, which I'm really not. But Logano, he will come in here and he's happy-go-lucky, go with the flow, super nice guy. Does great for charity, everything like that.

"You put him on the race track, when he puts his helmet on, he flips the a——— switch on the back of his head. To me, I hate two-faced guys. That drives me absolutely nuts. If you're going to be a nice guy, be a nice guy on the race track as well. You know what I mean?"
