The anticipation is building for the 2027 Cup Series season, especially after NASCAR revealed the full Speedweeks schedule.

As part of the announcement, the sanctioning body has confirmed that the Clash will return to Daytona International Speedway while kicking off more than a week at the Florida track. It will take place on the night of Saturday, Feb. 13, 2027.
The week will continue with qualifying on Wednesday, Feb. 17, 2027. The Duel races will take place on Thursday, Feb. 18, 2027. The race weekend will then officially kick off on Friday, Feb. 19, with the Craftsman Truck Series taking center stage.
The O'Reilly Auto Parts Series and ARCA Menards Series races will take place on Saturday, Feb. 20, 2027. The season-opening Daytona 500 will then happen on Sunday, Feb. 21, 2027.

NASCAR still has more details to provide about Speedweeks, including when teams will practice at the 2.5-mile track. Additionally, Daytona's website lists the Clash as a "special one-year return." This indicates that the Clash will continue moving around in future seasons.

It all builds toward the Daytona 500 — The Great American Race — and the start of another unforgettable NASCAR season at the World Center of Racing."
Along with revealing that the Clash will return to Daytona, NASCAR also set the dates for the summer races at the track. The O'Reilly Auto Parts Series teams will compete on Friday, Aug. 27, 2027. The Cup Series teams will take part in the Coke Zero Sugar 400 on Saturday, Aug. 28, 2027.
