"Race for the Seat" will pit 15 drivers against each other at historic tracks. They will compete at such locations as Virginia International Raceway and South Boston Speedway (Virginia).
The winner will earn a spot on Kaulig Racing's Truck Series team for the 2026 season. Kaulig Racing will be the Ram factory team while fielding five full-time trucks.
The 15 drivers will not simply drive trucks as they compete for a spot on the team. Instead, they will get behind the wheel of Legends cars and Late Models while battling on the track.
Jacob Lofland ("Justified," "Landman") will host the reality competition series. It will also feature behind-the-scenes commentary from team owner Matt Kaulig, White, and Ram CEO Tim Kuniskis.

"Ram is an iconic American brand, and I'm excited to partner up with them for their new reality series, 'Race for the Seat,'" said White, UFC CEO. "This reality show is all about finding up-and-coming drivers and giving them a massive platform.
"The best always rise to the top in this type of competition. We are going to find the next generation of superstars for the NASCAR truck series."
The new series, "Race for the Seat," will debut on Fox on Sunday, Jan. 25, at 12 p.m. ET. The remaining seven episodes will air for free on the "Race for the Seat" YouTube Channel between Jan. 26 and Feb. 6.
The current Ram/Kaulig Racing lineup features three full-time drivers. Brenden Queen will drive the No. 12 Cummins Ram 1500, Justin Haley will drive the No. 16 Ram 1500, and Daniel Dye will drive the No. 10 Ram 1500.
The No. 25 Ram 1500 will be the free agent truck, which highlights drivers from a variety of motorsports disciplines throughout the season. The No. 14 Ram 1500 will feature the winner of "Race for the Seat."
"'Race for the Seat' is a great opportunity for the next generation of drivers to show what they've got," Kaulig said.
"Working with Ram to bring this show to life allows us to think differently, push the limits, and give these talented drivers a platform they wouldn't normally have. I can't wait to see who earns the seat and joins us on the track."
