RFK Racing is looking to build on the new momentum they have gained over the past two seasons since Brad Keselowski became an owner and driver at the team.

That momentum resulted in Keselowski and teammate Chris Buescher, who won three races, reaching the NASCAR Playoffs in 2023.
It was the team's best season in years. Now they look to reach even higher in 2024, as they have quickly become one of the top Ford teams in the Cup Series and will enter a third car in select races in 2024.
Former Roush driver and two-time NASCAR Cup Series race winner David Ragan will be behind the wheel of the No. 60 Ford Mustang for RFK for the 2024 Daytona 500. Since RFK does not own a charter for the No. 60 car, Ragan will have to get up to speed quickly and make the Daytona 500 field either through qualifying or racing his way into the 500 through one of the qualifying races.

Ragan has shown his skill and prowess on superspeedways over the years, including wins at both Daytona and Talladega in his career.
In what is being dubbed Stage 60, the No. 60 will make its first run in the NASCAR Cup Series for RFK, after being the team's most famous Xfinity Series number.

It also puts the team on par with Trackhouse Racing's Project 91 car and 23XI Racing's No. 67 car, which Travis Pastrana raced last year at Daytona.
Fox Sports' Bob Pockrass also noted that the team will enter the third car in select races throughout the 2024 season with other drivers to be determined. Many were speculating about RFK's who would drive RFK's third car before the team announced that it would be Ragan. Now anticipation mounts as to who could pilot the car in the other races it enters.
Is this how Carl Edwards finally makes a reappearance in NASCAR? A lot of the fans would like that.
It's definitely a good and cool opportunity for RFK to make more history with a number intertwined with their own history.
