According to the NASCAR entry list, Austin Hill will once again drive the No. 33 Chevrolet during the Cup Series race. He will pull double duty at the 1.33-mile track while also continuing with the O'Reilly Auto Parts Series season.
Hill first took over the entry last weekend at Charlotte Motor Speedway. Richard Childress Racing first announced that the Georgia native would drive the No. 8 Chevrolet as Busch dealt with a severe illness, which the family later revealed to be severe pneumonia that progressed into sepsis.
Once Busch passed away, Richard Childress Racing announced that it would put the No. 8 on the shelf. The team would make its second entry the No. 33 for the Coca-Cola 600 and beyond.
Hill drove the entry for the first time at Charlotte Motor Speedway. He finished 20th in stage 1, 20th in stage 2, 30th in stage 3, and 27th in NASCAR's longest race.

Now, he will make his 19th career Cup Series start and his first at Nashville Superspeedway. He will yet again take on the difficult task of replacing a two-time champion, a driver who won 63 times at NASCAR's top level.
What will Richard Childress Racing do after Nashville? The team has not yet provided any details about whether Hill will continue to drive the entry for the rest of the season or if teammate Jesse Love will make any starts. Though team owner Richard Childress will meet with media members in the coming weeks.
"Richard Childress Racing appreciates the outpouring of love and support," Childress said in a statement on May 26. "While his impact on RCR is undeniable, Kyle Busch's far-reaching influence transcends the sport and will endure for generations.
"Our thoughts and prayers remain with Samantha, Brexton, Lennix, the entire Busch family, the fans and racers who are suffering. Richard Childress will be available to members of the media on Saturday, June 6 at 12 noon at Michigan International Speedway. We respectfully ask for privacy for the Busch family and everyone at RCR until that time."
